1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on this server are final, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Funds from purchases are used to maintain and operate the server to ensure its proper functionality.

2. Server Closure

In the event of server closure, all purchased items, ranks, or subscriptions will become void. Refunds in such cases are optional and not guaranteed.

3. Modifications to Purchased Goods

The server retains full authority to modify, terminate, or confiscate purchased goods or subscriptions without providing a refund. 

4. Liability for Lost Items or Bans

The server is not responsible for lost items, bans, or disruptions caused by the player, third parties, or any other events that may negatively impact gameplay.

Purchased items, ranks, or other goods:

• Cannot be transferred between realms or profiles.
• Cannot be traded for other store items.
• Are not refundable if lost due to rank expiration or bans, including cases where the rank or permissions were active during the ban period.

5. Incorrect Username Entry

Accidents happen, if you entered an incorrect username during a purchase, please contact server staff. Contact details are listed at the bottom of this page.

6. Gift Purchases

Purchasing goods or items for another player is allowed, please ensure to use the gift feature to do so.

7. Chargeback Policy

Attempting to circumvent our no-refund policy by filing unauthorized chargebacks or disputes with your credit card provider will result in:

• A permanent ban from the server, which can not be appealed.
• Potential legal action.
• Possible escalation to law enforcement for further investigation.

8. Rank Transfer Policy

Ranks, items, and other purchased goods cannot be transferred to other accounts or players. Purchases are tied exclusively to the account used during the transaction.
The only two (2) exceptions we have to this are:

1.  when a cracked user migrates to a premium minecraft account;
2. when a premium user changes their username.

9. Agreement

By making any purchase on this server, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. Violation of these terms may result in penalties, including but not limited to account suspension or a ban.
